Your VideoAsk plan includes a monthly audio and video processing limit. You can check how much data you’ve used on a counter under the Plan & Billing section of your account.
Minutes are generated when you or your respondents generate video (or audio) content on VideoAsk. The counter will reset every month on your subscription date, and unused minutes can’t be carried over to the next month.
To check your counter:
1. Go to Plan & Billing.
Now you’ll see the counter showing how many minutes of audio and video processing you have used toward your monthly limit:
If you need more minutes, click Change my plan to upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.
