When a respondent reaches the end of your videoask they'll see a message confirming their answers have been submitted. Depending on your plan, respondents will see different end screens.Ā
When you're on our start plan and a respondent completes your videoask, they'll see this end screen by default:

If you're on a paid plan, the text, emoji, and background color on the end screen can be customized to fit your specific use case and brand.
You can also add social media sharing icons to your end screen.
If you're on ourĀ Brand planĀ or above, you can add your logo to the end screen too.
Note that if you're using URL redirect or respondents close the window before completing your videoask, they won't see an end screen.

ā ļø Important:Ā To use this feature you must be using the Map View in your videoask builder.
Log in to your VideoAsk account and select the videoask you want to edit. Click BuildĀ to open the videoask builder.Ā
In the builder, click on the End screen step.
In the right-hand sidebar, you can edit theĀ End screen title text and End text. You'll see a preview of the changes you've made:
Note: You can edit both those fields with up to 140 characters and use emojis.
When you're finished customizing your end screen, click Done.
Change the color of your end screen's background
ā ļø Important:Ā To use this feature you must be using the Map View in your videoask builder.
Log in to your VideoAsk account and select the videoask you want to edit. Click BuildĀ to open the videoask builder.Ā
In the builder, click on the End screen.
In the right-hand sidebar, you can customize the color of your end screen by clicking on End screen background colorĀ and selecting your desired shade:
Note: Changing this color won't affect the other colors in your videoask.
When you're finished customizing your end screen, click Done.
Add a logo to your end screen
ā ļø Important:Ā To use this feature you must be using the Map View in your videoask builder.
If you're on a Brand plan or above, you can add your brand and logo to the end screen by enabling the Logo button and choosing the brand you would like to display from the dropdown menu.
Log in to your VideoAsk account and select the videoask you want to edit. Click BuildĀ to open the videoask builder.Ā
In the builder, click on the End screen.
In the right-hand sidebar, enable the Logo toggle and choose the brand you'd like to display from the dropdown menu.
If you haven't already added your branding to your VideoAsk account, you can add or edit your branding from here by clicking on the Edit this brandĀ or Add new brand icons.
Note: The branding that you select on the end screen will also be applied to each step of your videoask.
When you're finished customizing your end screen, click Done.

Log in to your VideoAsk account and select the videoask you want to edit. Click BuildĀ to open the videoask builder.Ā
In the builder, click on the End screenĀ step.
In the right-hand sidebar, toggle on the Enable share on social media icon.
When you're finished customizing your end screen, click Done.
Now, when respondents reach your end screen, they'll have the option to share your videoask directly to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Note:Ā It's not currently possible to recall contact information on the end screen.
