GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) gives you the right to data portability. This means you need to be able to get all your data from us and other companies easily, at any time. After all, it’s your data, right? This article explains how to get your data from VideoAsk.
You can download both the videos you've created in your VideoAsk account, and the response media files you've collected from respondents.
Note: Data can only be retrieved from existing videoasks and responses. Once a videoask or its collected responses have been deleted, they can't be recovered.

If you’ve submitted responses to a videoask, the creator of that videoask is responsible for this data. This means that you have to contact them to exercise your data subject rights. Find out more about GDPR rights for respondents here.
