Tag conversations

Do you find it challenging to manage your conversations and stay organized? Using tags is an effective solution to flag important discussions, assign tasks to team members, and streamline your workflow.

Tagging creates categories you can use to filter your conversations or even embed a selection of responses

Auto-tag conversations based on respondents' answers

If you want to streamline your tagging process, you can automatically tag conversations based on the answer your respondent gives.

This means no more trawling through conversations to assign the appropriate tag.

Automatic tagging works with the following answer types:

  • Multiple Choice
  • Button
  • AI Chatbot
  • Live Call
  • NPS®

In our example, we want to know where our clients' companies are based to make sure the relevant team can follow up with them.

So let's get started!

1

Go to the videoask you want to set up automatic tagging for and click the step you'd like to assign a tag to.
