View the history of your conversations with any of your contacts to quickly reference previous responses and replies.
From your videoask inbox

Select a response.

Click the email address of your respondent and click Go to contact.

You'll see all the conversations you've had with this respondent.
Note: This will display all conversations with this respondent from any videoask in your organization.
From search results

Click the Search icon in the top left-hand corner.

Search for a conversation or contact. In the search results, click View contact.

You'll now see all the interactions you've had with this respondent.
